This is the opening scene. Sam we need u to draw the cage and to send it to Marc today, so tomorrow he can work on it. you could upload it on the blog or via mail, as u prefer, the quality has to be good (1024x576, 72 dpi)

production schedule per the next 4 weeks

Hi guys
here it is the production schedule for the next 4 weeks, basically we have to work 4 days a week to finish the animation on time. now I've put 4 days to my week as I know I can work during the weekend even with no studio and Marc can work with AfterEffects to some scenes. the others please find another day when u can work during the week and tell me.

for what concern the frames:
Nikki and Su have 805 frames together. so hypothetically let's say 405 frames each in total, u have to draw 25 frames each working day (4 a week) (25 Nikki and 25 Su)
I have 204 frames so I have 13 frames each working day (4 a week) plus three scenes where the objects are almost still and we move them around with AE
Marc, u have 183 frames, so 12 frames each working day (4 a week), plus 4 scenes where u have to move the objects with AE, plus titles and credits.
Sam, u have 200 frames so u have 14 frames each working day (4 a week), plus 7 scenes where the characters are almost still or they make small movements

If something is not clear on if there is any mistake please tell me, if not we'll speak on Monday
on tuesday we are gonna start!

here is the final storyboard we did today. we printed it out and add the explanations. we have changed some scenes and most important the concept in the end. we think in this way it's really working good.

For who has missed this productive meeting, we are going to explain every single image during the next one.
